The track features guest vocals from Philadelphia-based rapper lojii, and appears on Moor Mother’s forthcoming album, Black Encyclopedia Of The Air. You can listen to ‘Shekere’ above.
Black Encyclopedia Of The Air was announced earlier this month, alongside the unveiling of the Pink Siifu-featuring lead track ‘Obsidian’. It marks Moor Mother’s debut with US label Anti-.
Anti- will release Black Encyclopedia Of The Air on September 17, 2021.
